The staff were quite cute and friendly .
We faced significant cleanliness issues as our room was not cleaned at all during our nine-night stay. The poor service was highlighted when our expiry date for room cleaning was ignored, and we had to constantly request fresh towels. On top of that, I experienced a theft in our room, deeply unsettling and compounded our already mounting frustrations with the hotel.

Excellent and attentive staff and the place was fairly clean. I was given great value room with air conditioning. The bar was great. I had a good time here and would stay here again and again.

The outdoor pool area was a good oasis, with sun loungers that hit like a hug from a cloud. The entire space exuded a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a good book while soaking up the sun.
Room cleanliness left much to be desired.

The mini golf course was a hit with the kids, providing endless fun. We enjoyed some quality family time by the pool, perfect for our three small children to play and cool off in the sun.
For dads, it would be great to have a more kid-friendly menu.

Great spot for family fun!
The location is sweet, just a quick 10-min walk to everything. The snack bar was a hit with the kids-great munchies! The only thing was the Wi-Fi was a little sketchy at times, but overall, it didn't ruin our trip.
